I am a Wholistic Health Advocate, Certified Biblical Counselor, Coach, Educator, Wellness Expert and Manual Massage Therapist. My primary journey in the Health & Wellness field developed richly as I have worked 16+ years in practice with integrative physicians, surgeons, naturopaths, acupuncturists, chiropractors, counselors, and nurses.
With over 20 years of education and experience working with thousands of clients, my focus and approach has always been WHOLE person care – body, mind and spirit.
As I work with my clients I have found that in every single case physical health and well-being is the most important factor to address. I have found that not any one single strategy works. I customize a plan and approach to address the pain, the person and their lifestyle.
